Information we process on behalf of our customers. In providing our Services, we process data that our customers (“Clients”) submit to our platform or instruct us to collect on their behalf, which may include their end users' email addresses, behavioral data, purchase history, and engagement metrics (“Client Data”). Our use of Client Data is governed by our agreements with each Client (such as our Master Service Agreement or Data Processing Agreement) and is strictly limited to providing the Services. We do not sell Client Data, use it for our own marketing purposes, or share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to Client Data except as described in those agreements.

We use information we collect about visitors to our Site and users of our Services for the following purposes:

Where we process personal information on behalf of our Clients as a data processor, we will direct any individual rights requests to the applicable Client, who is the data controller.

Information we collect through our Site and Services may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Retention.com's visitor identification technology operates only for visitors located in the United States and does not process data from individuals in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
